These Crazy Monkeys are made out of Panda Silk, and the colors are incredibly beautiful. Too bad you can't see that. They look like snake skin, and there is purple and a burnt orange in there too. I am actually 1/2 way through the heel. I found this heel a bit tedious, as I've never done a toe-up heel flap before. I do like heel flaps better, this is just taking a lot longer than the short rows I've been doing lately. The basic pattern, ala Cookie A., is fun, and I don't know why it's taken me so long to make them.
